NovaCart Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Please contact NovaCart if you receive an item that is:
- Damaged upon delivery
- Defective
- Different from the product description or order
- Missing parts or incomplete
Please contact us at yourbrandshop888@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements. UAE e-commerce rules provide return/exchange rights in circumstances including defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly described goods.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns for reasons other than a defect, damage, incorrect item, or other applicable legal entitlement may be subject to product eligibility and our return instructions. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a discretionary return, subject to applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been processed or shipped where applicable.
Refunds
Once an approved return or refund has been confirmed, we will communicate the refund process and timing with you. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact the customer to arrange the applicable refund method.
Return Shipping
Where the issue is caused by NovaCart or the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will provide appropriate return instructions and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
For discretionary returns that are not required by law, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
