These Terms of Service govern your use of the NovaCart online store and your purchase of products from NovaCart.

Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, minor differences in appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur.

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

NovaCart may correct pricing or product information errors and may cancel an order where an obvious error has occurred, subject to applicable law.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. NovaCart may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where there is a suspected pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, or inaccurate customer information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, NovaCart may contact the customer to confirm the order before fulfillment.

Payment

We currently accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal and Cash on Delivery where available.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due to the delivery provider when the order arrives.

Shipping

Shipping is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, attempts to interfere with the website, or activities that could harm NovaCart, its customers, suppliers, or service providers.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to NovaCart and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaCart will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, service interruptions, or events beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
